We developed a new feature in the Acomodeo´s Apartment Management System (AMS) that allows you to connect your property with externally managed rates. In this article, you will learn how to connect Booking.com rates to the AMS.
Go to the property you wish to check if it is already connected to Booking.com.
The connection is already enabled:
If the Booking.com Icon "B" is displayed in the overview of your property, the Booking.com property code has already been entered. Click on the icon to verify the property code.
Once the correct code is entered, go to one of your apartment types that should have the rates activated.
If the Room Type Code has already been entered you will also see the Booking.com "B" icon in the overview of the apartment type. Click on the icon to verify the Room Type Code.
The connection needs to be enabled:
Go to the property you wish to enable the Booking.com connection.
- Click on "EXTERNAL CONNECTIONS" and select "Booking".
- Enter the Booking.com property code and then click on "CONNECT TO BOOKING.COM".
Then go to one of your apartment types that should have the rates activated.
- Click "ADD BOOKING ROOM CODE".
- Enter the Room Rate Code and then click on "SAVE ROOM CODE".
If both codes have been entered correctly, you do not need to make any further settings in the Acomodeo AMS.
Already stored codes can be changed or deleted any time in the property overview as well as in the apartment type overview via the Booking.com "B" icon.
