All of your employees can use the fully extensive IBE as a booking platform to book their own serviced apartment for their business travels. Every employee can login into the system with an individual user account using their own company email address. With this account they can book apartments independently and see all of the bookings they’ve already made. In addition to that there is an admin account which, in most of the cases, is hold by the travel manager of the company. The holder of this account, the admin, can use further features apart from making and seeing their own bookings.
The admin can see all travel details of the employees and can therefore keep an overview of all travel expenses, destinations and periods. In addition to that he can export booking reports. Moreover, it is possible to adjust the admin features to the individual needs of your company. For instance, your company guideline might stipulate that specific booking details, e.g. the name of the traveler or comparable, should not be seen by the admin for data protection reasons. If this is the case we are able to integrate a “hide” feature so that the admin has no access to certain information.
