Is it possible to integrate existing pre-negotiated rates with apartment providers into the IBE?

You may already have a cooperation agreement with an apartment provider which includes special rates for your company. In principle, it is absolutely possible to integrate these rates into the IBE. 

The process to integrate these rates depends on whether the apartment provider is already listed in the inventory of the Acomodeo booking platform. If the provider is already part of our inventory, we can integrate your pre-negotiated rate codes so that they apply to all the bookings your company makes within the IBE. If the apartment provider is not yet listed in our inventory, our sourcing department will check whether it fulfills the Acomodeo requirements to be accepted on our platform. If it meets the requirements we can integrate it and the rate codes in the IBE.
