When a potential booker makes an individual enquiry on our website for your city or region, you’ll receive an email containing all necessary data concerning the enquiry. You will now be able to submit an offer.
To make an offer on an individual enquiry, click on the “Make an offer” button in the email. A website will then open where you can submit your offer. Please enter your name at the bottom of the page. This helps us clarify any occurring questions concerning your offer. Then click on “Make an offer” behind the apartment type you want to offer. You can offer more than one apartment type if you wish. Repeat the steps in this FAQ for each type of apartment you wish to offer. You can now enter all the details concerning your offer.
Price: Pay particular attention to choosing the correct price type. You can also decide whether you wish to submit an additional, non-refundable offer.
Included / extra cost services: Please then specify whether Wi-Fi, cleaning, breakfast, pets and parking is included or additionally bookable at an extra cost.
Payment Method: You can specify the payment options that your property accepts by placing a tick behind every method that you provide.
Cancellation policy: Here you can input further details on your cancellation policy, for example: “Up to seven days before arrival no cancellation fee is charged. After this period, the cancellation penalty is 25% of the total price.”
Payment details and additional comments: Enter your payment details here - for example, “Payment is due at the end of the month.”
Your name: Please enter your name or the name of a contact person. This helps us clarify any questions concerning your offer.
After you’ve entered information into all the applicable fields, you will now be able to submit your offer by clicking on “SEND OFFERS”. Now a window will open. Please verify whether the information you submitted is correct. If you have made a mistake, click “CANCEL” to correct the information. If the information is correct, you can confirm the offer clicking on the “I ACCEPT” button. The client will now receive your offer directly via email. In addition to that you will receive a confirmation email.
