You can check a customer into an apartment in one of three ways - from the dashboard, the availability calendar, or from the bookings page.
Option 1: Dashboard
- On the dashboard of the AMS, you can see various widgets related to the daily operations of your apartment(s). The check in widget will display an overview of the day's arrivals to your property / properties.
- Here you can simply click “Check in
” next to each individual booking name. Once you have clicked this, a warning message will show up on your screen to confirm the check-in process. Click “Yes”.
- Now you have checked in a customer on the AMS.
Option 2: Availabilities Calendar
- On the availabilities calendar, accessed from the AMS sidebar, you will be able to see all of the information regarding the availability of your apartment/apartments in the form of a calendar.
- From the availability calendar, click on the booking which you would like to check in.
- Click "EDIT BOOKING" then change the booking status to "Checked in" and click "SAVE BOOKING".
- Now you have checked in a customer on the AMS.
Option 3: Bookings page
- On the bookings page, accessed from the “Bookings” button on the AMS sidebar, you can see a list of all of the bookings made for your property / properties through Acomodeo.com.
- Click on the booking which you would like to check in from the list provided. You can also search for the booking by using the search bar in the top right corner of the page.
- The “View Booking Details” window will now pop up on your screen. On the bottom left corner of the window, you can see the option to “Check in
”. Once you have clicked this, a warning message will show up on your screen to confirm the check-in process. Click “Yes”.
- Now you have checked in a customer on the AMS.
