All bookings that are made for your property can be instantly managed through the Apartment Management System (AMS). On the bookings page, accessed from the “Bookings” button on the AMS sidebar, you can see a list of all of the bookings made for your apartments through Acomodeo.com.
- To cancel a booking, find the booking which you have made within the AMS. You do this by searching for the booking using the search bar on the top-right corner of each page. You can search by using the booking ID or by the names of the booker or guests.
- Once you have clicked the appropriate booking, a window will show containing all of the booking details. Press " Cancel Booking" in the bottom left corner of the screen.
- Another window will appear to confirm the cancellation. Please make sure that all relevant parties are aware of the cancellation.
