All bookings that are made for your property can be instantly managed through the Acomodeo Apartment Management System (AMS). On the bookings page, accessed from the “Bookings” button on the AMS sidebar, you can see a list of all of the bookings made for your properties through Acomodeo.
In addition, if you are receiving bookings through other channels - such as by phone or e-mail, you can add these manually. To do this, follow the steps below:
- From the bookings page, click the "Add New Booking" button in the upper right corner of the screen to create a new booking. A new window will open.
- Fill in all of the applicable details as shown on screen - those with an asterisk (*) are required fields.
- Once you have filled in all of the required information, click “Save”.
- Now your booking will show up on the screen alongside other bookings, as well as in the calendar on the availabilities page.
